HAP Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Agreement
These terms apply when you create an account or use HAP (Hybrid Athlete Planner), operated by Mihai Bargan. By using HAP you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
You need an account to use HAP. You must give an email address you can access, and you are responsible for keeping access to that account. Do not share it. Tell us at support@haptraining.app if you think someone else is using it.
You must be at least 16. You can delete the account in the app under Profile → Settings.
Subscriptions
Paid access is a subscription. On iPhone it is billed by the App Store. On Android it is billed by Google Play. The store is the seller. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown in the store, until you cancel.
Cancel in the store's subscription settings (Apple or Google), not inside HAP. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not see or store your store payment details.
On the web, payment is taken by Stripe. You enter payment details on Stripe's page. A web subscription also renews until you cancel it from the billing page Stripe or HAP gives you.
Acceptable use
Use HAP for your own training. Do not:
- break the law, or help someone else to
- try to break into, overload, or disrupt the service
- scrape, resell, or copy the plans or the software
- use another person's account
We may suspend an account that does any of this.
Health
HAP is not medical advice, and it is not a medical device. Plans, readiness scores, and any other suggestion are about exercise. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment, or a prescription. Talk to a doctor before you start a training programme, especially if you have a condition or an injury. You train at your own risk.
Liability
HAP is provided as it is available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or loss that comes from following a training suggestion. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow that exclusion.
Governing law
The law that governs these terms, and the courts that hear disputes under them, will be named in an update to this page.
